she quietly wept..

okay.just went to see a doctor just now..cause my boyfriend wants me to right?so yep.and because I love him so much..I went for early appointment...
haha.i got 100/80.went down by 20...haha.so happy..does that mean i can eat chocolates now?=X

to think back,i went through stage 1 hypertension and prehypertension..and then now I'm "normal"=]

but
remember, once I've been diagnosed, it's important that I keep taking MY medicine—and schedule regular check-ups with him to
be sure my blood pressure stays under control.

yep.and I just realised diovan causes me to cough..=]

*Decreasing dosage or NOT TAKING MEDICATION AT ALL is dangerous. If you change the dose or go off the medication, it won’t be effective and your blood pressure will rise, putting you at risk for heart attack, stroke, heart failure and kidney failure.*

High blood pressure is a lifelong disease. It can be controlled but not cured.
hmm I believe in miracles?=]

haha.so happy.but then still have to take medications for another 6 months..wth right?-.-"never mind..its only until end of the year..I'm still praying for a miracle to happen..haha.=]
